Mason & Mama Bakehouse is our family-centered home bakery idea, taking shape right here in the Los Gatos and San Jose area.
We’re starting small: brown butter mochi, cookies, and flavors we’re excited to share with our neighbors. Before we plan the first bake, we’d love to know what you’d reach for.

Not yet. This is a coming-soon demand test. We’re collecting interest, not taking orders, payments, or deposits. A signup does not reserve anything.
We’re exploring interest in Los Gatos and San Jose. We haven’t set a launch date, pickup location, delivery area, or fulfillment arrangements.
Prices are not finalized. We’re considering 9 × 9 and 18 × 9 inch mochi trays, subject to packaging confirmation. Cookie-box sizes are still open; your preferences will help us decide.
Recipes and ingredient lists are still being finalized. The menu includes ingredients such as butter, flour, chocolate, coconut, and a banana mochi nut topping whose exact nut is still undecided. Complete allergen and cross-contact information is not available yet. We aren’t making gluten-free, allergen-free, or certification claims.
They’re not part of the launch menu. Vietnamese coffee, durian, pandan, and banana cheesecakes are future ideas only, with no availability promised.
No. We’re testing interest while planning the business. This page does not claim any permits or product approvals. We’ll confirm the requirements and details before offering products for sale.

Our first-bake list uses your name and email for consented bakehouse updates, and your city, flavors, and size preferences to understand local interest. Signup does not authorize SMS or a purchase. Joining is voluntary and requires email consent. You can unsubscribe from future emails or request removal by contacting us.
Your answers are saved in Mason & Mama Bakehouse’s own HighLevel account. Cloudflare hosts this site, and HighLevel processes the signup and website activity. We use website tracking to understand visits and form interest. We do not sell your information. We retain signup information while planning and operating the interest list, until you request deletion or it is no longer needed.
